What's for Dinner?

The other night, I was clueless as to what to make for dinner. This came about so quickly, I had to snap a picture and post it on Clementine & Clove. Super fast, super tasty, & light. It was deeelish & everyone loved it!

 
White rice, with ginger pineapple glazed shrimp, & spinach salad.

Soak your shrimp in melted butter, pineapple juice, pureed pineapple, and 2 teaspoons of ginger before putting them on a skewer. This is soo super tasty on the grill or griddle! Remember to make enough so that you can dip your shrimp! The salad was just spinach with raisins & walnuts - a combo we love, with a homemade dressing ~ 2 parts honey to 1 part red wine vinegar and add 1 part evoo. A little salt, pepper, & dried parsley and your ready to go!
