Date Torte

One of the greatest things was coming across this old recipe box from the 50's in our barn.

There are a ton of great dinners and desserts to be made. And of course first, I just had to take care of my sweet tooth. Take a look and try at this delicious coffee cake!

The recipe is very tasty if you're in search for a unique dessert. I will add that next time, I won't add one cup of sugar. The dates are already sweet, right? So 1/2 - 3/4 cup should do!
