Peanut Butter Buckeyes
A classic recipe that never seems to fail..... Here's how we make it!
Peanut Butter Buckeyes
* 1-1/2 cups peanut butter
* 6 cups powdered sugar
* 2 sticks margarine
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
* 6 whole crushed graham crackers
* 3 cups chocolate chips, melted
Combine your ingredients and roll into bite sized balls. Refrigerate for about an hour. Melt your chocolate chips. I always end up adding a couple teaspoons of water to the chips to blend them evenly. Using a toothpick, dip your buckeyes into the melted chocolate. At the very end, I took my remaining melted chocolate and placed it into a Ziploc freezer bag and cut the tip to make a drop to cover my toothpick hole. Make sure the chocolate has cooled off slightly. If it is too hot, it'll run right off your no-bake delight. This recipe will make about 40 cookies:)
Hope you enjoy!
